County Co,--issioners to change the Zoning Classification of the
hereinafter described real property.

OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
T~e Zoning Classification of the herein described real property is
changed from "I" to "A-2" and the Official Zoning Atlas ~ap Number
as described in Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended accordingly:
All of Vest k of the Northeast ~ of Section 15,
Township 68 S., Range 25 E., lying West of the
Atlantic Coastline Railroad right-of-way, excepting
the north 2,030 feet thereof. All be/nB subject to an
eamement of 30 feet along the mouth boundary and
subject to a Florida Foyer & Light easement along the
Vest boundary.
SECTION TWO:
T~is Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it baa been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
