AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 79-32,
THE . COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING THE WORK
STUDY AREA MAP #2 FROM INDUSTRIAL TO
RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY (0-6.22 UNITS
PER GROSS ACRE) ON THE FOLLOWING DES-
CRIBED PROPERTY~ APPROXIMATELY EIGHT (8)
ACRES LOCATED IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 48
SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED ~EREIN; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
W~IEREAS, ~ne Collier County Planning Department, peti-
tioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the Land
Use Classification of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
· SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described
property is changed from Industrial to Residential Medium
Density (0-6.22 Units Per Gross Acre) and the work Study
Area Map #2 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby
amended accordingly:
All of the West % of the Northeast % of
Section 15, Township 48 South, Range 25 East,
lying west of the Atlantic Coastline Railroad
right-of-way, excepting the north 2,030 feet
thereof, all being subject to an easement of
30 feet along the south boundary and being
subject to a Florida Power and Light easement
along the west boundary.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon
notice that it has been received by the Office of
the Secretary of State.
