SECTION ONE:
Section 8.11 · 1) & 2) of th~ Zonins Ordinanc~ of Collier Coun~y~
Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended to red ~s foll~s~
(1) No such use shall be located within five hundred
(500) feec of any established school,
park, or playground. This does not include beach
access points.
