RESOLUTION NO. 92- 239
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
FOREST LAKES ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE MSTU
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
..
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Collier
county Ordinance No. 91-107 creating the Forest Lakes Roadway and
Drainage MSTU; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Collier
County Ordinance No. 92-16 creating the For~st Lakes Roadway-and
Drainage MSTU Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 92-16 provides that the
Forest Lakes Roadway and Drainage MSTU Advisory Committee shall
consist of five (5) members; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County commissioners previously
provided public notice sOliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following
members are hereby appointed to the Forest Lakes Roadway and
Drainage MSTU Advisory Committee:
Jerri Kautsky
Edward F. Hay
George R. Schmelzle
Robert P. Schoeller
Roger Somerville
The Forest Lakes Roadway and Drainage MSTU Advisory Committee
members shall decide upon the initial terms of Office, as set
forth in Ordinance No. 92-16, for the five (5) members appointed
by the Board of County Commissioners and shall recommend to the
Board of County commissioners the initial terms of office for each
of the five (5) members. The Board of county Commissioners by
separate Resolution shall approve the initial terms of office as
it deems appropriate.
