THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Connnislionets
of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
Section S of the Zoning Ordinance of Collier County, Ordinance 82-2
ia hereby amended to read as follows:
8.52 Roadside Sales - Roadside sales shall be permitted
in the industrial district only,~, Prior to approval,
~the applicant must show that the pro, petty on which said
sale is to be located meets the parktns and landsc~pi,ns
requirements of the I District. .In addition~ a alined
notarized statement must be received from the pF~p~r~y
o~ner srantinS permission for s~id use.
