COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING ~]E WORK
STUDY AREA MAP {~4 FROM INSTITUTIONAL
TO INDUSTRIAL ON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
PROPERTYI A PORTION OF SECTION 7, TOWN-
SHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 26, EAST, MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Collier County Planning Department, peti-
tioned the Bbard of County Commissioners to change the Land
Use Classification of the herein described real p~operty;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described
property is changed from Institutional to Industrial and the
Work Study Area Map #4 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is
hereby amended accordingly:
Commence at the northwest corner of Sec-
tion 7, Township 50 South, Range 26 East,
South 75 feet to POB, South 1,320 feet, Eas~
330 feet, North 1,316.38 feet, West 330 fee~
to POB. ~
