of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
Section 20 of the Zoning Ordinance of Collier County, Ordinancs 82-2
hereby amended to read as follows:
LOT MEASUREMENTt WID~I: Width of a lot shall be
considered to be the average distance between
straight lines connecting front and rear lot lines at
each side of the lot, measured as straight lines
. .b~'tw~en the foremost points of the side lot lines in
.~ronL (where they intersect with the street line) and
the rearmost points of the side lot lines in the
rear, provided however, that the width between the
side lines at their foremost points in the front
shall not be less than eighty (80I) percent of the
required lot width, except in the case of lots on the
turnin8 circle of a cul-de-sac when the 80I requirement
shall not apply.
PUBLIC SERVICE SICN: A sign designed to render a
public service such as~ but not limited to~ "time ang~~
tamperature"'signs end-~tnehtng-~evs-etgna~ Such
signs may not include any advertising whatsoever
them unless such advertising complies with all of ~e
requirements of this Ordinance.
SECTION TI~O:
This Ordinance shall become e~fective upon notice that it has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
