PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County

property is changed from Residential Mediunl-High Density to
Commercial and the Work Study Area Map #6 as described in
Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended accordingly:
The West 100 feet of Lot 12, Block 6,
Carson's Subdivision, Plat Book 2, Pag~ 40~,
in the South % of Section 4, Township 4~
South, Range 29 East, Immokalee, Florida~
