SECTION T~O: Conflict and Severabilicy
If any leCtion, lublection, lentancl, claUle, phrase, ot potCioa
of this Ordinance ia, for any reabon, held invalid or unconstitutional
by any Court of competent Jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed
a separate, distinct, and independent provision and such holdins shall
not affect the validity of the remainder hereof. In the avant thin
Ordinance conflicts with any other appropriate lev, the more restrictive
shall apply. If any part of this Ordinance con!licta with any ocher
part, it shall be severed and the re~aindar shall have full force and
effect and shall be liberally construed to affect the put'pole hereof.
SECTION TItREE: Effective DaCe.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon acknovledsement from the
Secretary of Stats that the Ordinance has been duly filed.
