AMENDING TIlE ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER
48-25-9 BY REZONING TIrE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
PROPERTY FROM RMF-6 TO RMF-16 FOR APPROXI-
MATELY ONE (1) ACRE LOCATED ON TI~W. WEST
SIDE OF VANDERBILT DRIVE SOUTII OF TIPTON'S
APARTMENTS IN VANDERBILT BEACH; AND BY
PROV?DING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Michael Mlceli petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to change the Zoning Classification of the herein
described real property~
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida~
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described ~eal
property is changed from RMF-6 to RMF-16 and the Official
Zoning Atlas Map Number 48-25-9 is hereby amended accordfnqlyJ
Lots 1-4, Block G, Conners Vanderbilt Bgach
Estates. ·
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
