MEDIUM DENSITY (0-6.22 UNITS PER GROSS
ACRE) TO COMMERCIAL ON THE FOLLOWlNO
DESCRIBED PROPERTY: APPROXIMATELY ,;~ 2
ACRES IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTh,
RANGE 25 EAST MORE PARTICULARLY DE-
SCRIBED HEREIN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Len Berlin, representing Elvin and Ruth
Townsend, petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to
.change the Land Use Classification of the herein described
real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described
property is changed from Residential Medium Density (0-6.22
units per gross acre) to Commercial and the Work Study Area
-Map #2 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended ac-
cordingly:
Description of a 2.00 acre parcel--Commencing
at the Southeast corner of the N~ of the
N~ of the SW% of Section 15, Township 48
South, Range 25 East, Collier County,
Florida, run North 89"56'50" West 206
feet along the South boundary of the

Beginning; thence continue North 89"56'50W
West 406.72 feet to the East Right-of-Wa~
line of U.S. 41; thence North 01°00'30~
West 214.23 feet along said Right-of-Wa~

SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that
