Trust Company petitioned the Board of County Commissioners
to change the Land Use Classification of the herein de-
scribed real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described
property is changed from Residential Medium Density (0-6.22
units per gross acre) to Commercial and the Work Study Area
Map ~3 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended ac-
cordingly:
