~tE~EAS, The Collier County Planning Department, peti-
tioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the Land
Use Classification of the herein described real property;
NOW, ~-IEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The [,and Use Classification of the herein described
property is changed from Residential Medium Density (0-6.22
units per gross acre) to Commercial and the Work Study Area
Map #3 as described in Ordinance 79-32. is hereby amended ac-
"¢ordingly:
Commence at the northwest corner of Sec-
tion 35, Township 49 South, Range 26 East,
east 100' to PCB; east 480' to Florida Power
& Light easement, south along said easement
155', west along said easement 70', south
along said easement 70', southeast along said
easement 65', to the westerly property line
of the County water treatment plant site,
south along said property line 995' to the
northerly boundary of the access road to the
water treatment plant, west along said
northerly boundary 456' to the easterly
boundary of the CR-951 ROW, north along said
ROW 2699' to PCB.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that
it has been received by the Office of the Secretary of
State.
