ACRES LOCATED IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 49
SOUTII, RANGE 26 EAST, MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED IIEREIN; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
~tEREAS, The Collier County Planning Department, peti-
tioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the Land
Use Classification of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described
property is changed from Residential Medium Density (0-6.22
units per gross acre) to Commercial and the Work Study Area
Map ~3 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended ac-
cordingly:
Commence at the northwest corner of Sec-
tion 35, Township 49 South, Range 26, sotlth
along said section line 1364', east 85' to
POB; east 369' south 654' west 334' to
easterly ROW of 1-75 access road, north-
easterly along said ROW approximately 745' to
POB.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that
it has been received by the Office of the Secretary of
State.
