COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING THE WORK
STUDY AREA MAP it3 FROM COMMERCIAL TO
RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY (0-6.22 UNITS
PER ~OROSS ACRE) ON THE FOLLOWING DE-
SCRIBED. PROPERTY: APPROXIMATELY 3.4
ACRES LOCATED IN SECTION 34, TOWNSIIIP 49
SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED tIEREIN; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
~{EREAS, The Collier County Planning Department, peti-
tioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the Land
Use Classification of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described
property is changed from Commercial to Residential Mediun
Density (0-6.22 units per gross acre) and the Work Study
Area Map ~3 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby
amended accordingly:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Sec-
tion 34, Township 49 South, Range 26 East,
south 1900' along said section line, west
150' to FOB; west 250', south approximately
775' to the northerly boundary of the 1-75
ROW, northeasterly along said ROW approxi-
mately 885' to POB.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that
it has been received by the Office of the Secretary of
State.
