ON: THE FeLl,OWING DESCRIBED PROPERTYt
APPROXIMATELY 599 ACRES, + 40 ACRES FOR
1-95,. IN SECTION 18, TOWN-~IIIP 48 SOUTII,
IUkNGE 26 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
%~IEREAS, Victor Hugo Bouse and Cecil Hall, petitioned
the Board of County Commissioners to change the Land Use
Classification of tile herein described real property;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
A. The Land Use Classification of the herein described
property is changed from Agricultural to Residential
Low-Medium Density (0-4 units per gross acre) and the
'. Work Study Area Map t~2 as described in Ordinance 79-32
is hereby amended accordingly:
That part of Section ]8, Town.~hip 48 South,
Range 26 East, lying west of the 1-75 right-
of-way.
The Land Use Classification of the herein described
property is changed from Agricultural to Residential
Low Den.,~ity (0-2 units per gross acre) and tile Work
Study Area Map t12 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is
hereby amended accordingly:
That part of Section 18, Township 48 South,
Rangc 26 East lying east of tbs 1-75 right-
of-way.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon rl~ tics

State.
