Ordinance 82-056ORDINANCE NO. 82 - ~ AN ORDINANCE AMEN1)ING ORDINANCE 79-32, THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING THE WORK S~.UDY!~AREA MAP #3 FROM RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY (0-2 UNITS PER GROSS ACRE) TO COMMERCIAL ON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: APPROXIMATELY 12 ACRES LOCATED IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Wilson, Miller, Barton, Soll & Peek, Inc., representing Florida Power & Light Co., petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the Land Use Classifica- tion of the herein described real property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida: SECTION ONE: The Land Use Classification of the herein described property is changed from Residential Low Density (0-2 Units per gross acre) to Commercial and the Work Study Area Map #3 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended accord- ingly: Tracts 121, 122 and the East 180 feet of Tract 102, Golden Gate Estates, Unit 26. SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
