AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 82J3 BY AMENDING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION
OF THE GLADES STREET LIGHTING MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING UNIT; PROVIDING
FOR CONSTRUCTION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:

Collier County Ordinance No. 82-33 is hereby amended by amending the
legal description for The Glades Street Lighting Municipal Service Taxing
Unit as follows:
