AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 81-4,
THE PUD DOCUMENT FOR SHAMROCK COUNTRY
CLUB BY CHANGING THE NAME TO EAGLE CREEK
AND BY CHANGING THE LOCATION OF THE
SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT; AND BY PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Wilson, Miller, Barton, Soll & Peek, Inc.
petitioned the Board to amend the Shamrock Country Club .PUD
Document;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE
The Shamrock Country Club PUD Document Ordinance 81-4,
is hereby as amended as follows:
The name shall be changed to "Eagle Creek" and the
Master Site Plan is amended by relocating the
sewage treatment facility from the north end of
the property to the southeast section of the
property as shown on the attached Exhibit "A".
SECTION TWO
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has
been filed with the Secretary of State.
PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Collier County, Florida, this 13th day of
July , 19 82
