SQUARE FEET FOR A ONE STORY AND 1200 SQUAR'~
FEET FOR a TWO STORY; AND BY PROVIDING AN~
EFFECTIVE DATE. ~
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has requested
an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Cum-
missioners of Collier County, Florida:
~ECTION ONE:
The Zoning Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended accordingly;
Change Section 7.10 C6) to read as follows:
' 6) Minimum Floor Area: $$0-sq~a~e-6eet One (1) story
- ~000 square feet - Two (2) story - ~.200 square feet
SECTION TWO:
~is Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed
with the Secretary of State.
