AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 82-2,
THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR
THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY
BY AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER
49z25-5 BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFI-
CATION OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY
FROM "C-4", "RMF-6 AND "RSF-4" COMMERCIAL
GENERAL, RESIDENTIAL MULTIPLE, SINGLE-FAMILY
HOMES TO "C-4" AND/OR "C-5", COMMERCIAL GENERAL
COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL: BETWEEN SOLANA ROAD AND
SOUTH OF COOPER DRIVE ON THE WEST SIDE OF 10TH
STREET, AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,'the Community Development Division petitioned
the Board of County Commissioners to change the Zoning Classifi-
cation of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "C-4", "RMF-6" and "RSF-4" to "C-4"
and/or "C-5" and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 49-25-5
as described in Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended accordingly:
TO C-5:
All of the undivided tract in Oak Knoll Unit 1 Su~ivis~n.
