AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 82-2,
THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR
THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY
BY AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER
50-25-1 BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFI-
CATION OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY
FROM "RMF-6" RESIDENTIAL MULTIPLE TO "C-l"
COMMERCIAL PROFESSIONAL: PART OF LOT 26
NAPLES GROVES AND TRUCK CO'S LITTLE FARMS
LOCATED ON PINE STREET AND BY PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Sandra J. Mogelvang petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners to change the Zoning Classification of the
herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "RMF-6" Residential Multiple to "C-l"
Commercial Professi6nal and the Zoning Atlas Map Number 50-25-1
as described in Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended accordingly:
FROM RMF-6 to C-I:
Part of Lot 26, Naples Groves and Truck Co's Little
Farms located on Pine Street.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that
it has been received by the Office of the Secret~ry of state.
