TIlE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS
FOR THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF COLLIER.,
COUNTY, FLORIDA BY PLACING THE "Mil" MOBIL
HOME OVERLAY ON ALL "A-l" AND "A-2" Z~NED
LANDS LOCATED WITHIN THE EXISTING iM~0KALEE
AREA PLANNING DISTRICT AND LOCATED WITHIN
THE IMMOKALEE AREA PLANNING DISTRICT WHICH
EXISTED PRIOR TO MAY 1, 1979, AND LANDS
LOCATED IN THE N~ OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP
49S, RANGE 27 E AND IN THE S% OF S% OF SEC-
TION 24, TOWNSHIP 49S, RANGE 27E; AND BY
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Whereas, the Community Development Division has peri=
tioned the Board of County Commissioners to place the "MH"
Mobile Home Overlay on the real property herein described;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Co~gnty
Commissioners of Collier County, Flortda:
Section One:
The Zoning Classification of ~he herein describec~real~
property is changed from "^-1" and "A-2" to "A-IMH" ar~ "A-~t"
m
and the Official Zoning Atlas Maps as described in Ordinance
82-2 are hereby amended accordingly:
Ali "A-l" and "A-2" lands located within the following
Townships and Ranges:
Township 46 South, Ranges 28 through 30 East; and
Townships 47 & 48 South, Ranges 27 through ~0 East;
and Township 49 South, Ranges 28 through 34 East;
and the S% of the S% of Section 24, Township 49 S,
Range 27E and the N½ of Section 25, Township 49 South,
Range 27 East.
Section Two:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notification
that it has been recorded by the office of the Secretary of
State.
