AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 82-2,
THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR
ThE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY
BY AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER
46-29-9 BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFI-
CATION OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY
FROM "A-2" RURAL AGRICULTURE TO "MHSD" MOBILE
HOME SUBDIVISION: EAST 3/4 OF SW~ OF SW~ OF
SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 46, RANGE 29, AND BY
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Robert Shellabarger and the County Planning
Department petitioned the soard of County Commissioners to
change the Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is change~ from "A-2" Rural AGriculture to "MHSD"
Mobile Home Subdivision and the Official Zoning Atlas Map
Number 46-29-9 as described in Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended
accordingly:
FROM A-2 to MHSD:
The East 3/4 of SW¼ of SW% of Section 32, Township 46,
Range 29, Immokalee.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that
it has been received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
