AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 82-2, THE
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE
UNINCORPORATED AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY ~Y
AME~;DING THE ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 49-26
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM
"E" - ESTATES TO "A-2" AGRICULTURE FOR THE
FOLLOWI~G DESCRIBED PROPERTY: PART OF THE
SE~ OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE
26 EAST: AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Vicellio and Grogan, Inc. petitioned the
Board of County Commissioners to change the Zoning Clas-
sification of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
Section One:
The Zcning Classification of the hereinafter described
real property is hereby changed from "E" Estates to "A-2"
Aqriculture and the Zonin~ Atlas Map Number d9-26 as de-
scribed in Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended accordingly:
Begin Southwest corner of Section 6, Northerly
along the West Boundary Line 660', then Easterly

660', West 330.07' to P.O.B., Section 6, Township
49'South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida;
and,
Begin at Southeast corner of Secton 6, run North

County, Florida; and,
Commence at Southwest corner of Section 6, North

6, Township 49 South, Range 26 East, Collier County,
Florida: and,
Commence at Southwest corner of Section 6, North
660' East 4290.91' to P.O.B., North 660' East 330.07',

Section Two:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon becoming law.
