AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 82-2, THE
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE
UNINCORPORATED AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY BY
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBERS
MI-5 AND MI-10 BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY FROM "RT"-RESIDENTIAL TOURIST TO
"RMF-16" MULTIFAMILY: LOTS 27 & 28, BLOCK
223; TRACT F OF BLOCK 236: LOTS 1-8, BLOCK
171, MARCO BEACH SUBDIVISION, AND THOSE
LANDS LYING SOUTH OF THE RESIDENTS BEACH
AND NORTH OF THE MARRIOTT MARCO BEACH
HOTEL ON THE WEST SIDE OF NORTH COLLIER
BLVD. ON MARCO BEACH; AND BY PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has petitioned
to change the Zoning Classification of the herein described
real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property located in Marco Island is changed from "RT"-Residen-
tial Tourist to "RMF-16" Multifamily:
Lots 27 & 28, Block 223; Tract F of Block 236;
Lots 1-8, Block 171, Marco Beach Subdivisionl
and those lands lying south of the Resid. ents,~
Beach and north of the Marriott Marco Beach -
Hotel on the west side of North Collier Blvd~ "~
on Marco Beach Subdivision. ;
SECTION TWO:
This O~dinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
