Ordinance 82-016ORDINANCE NO. 82 - 16 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 7g-32, THE COMPREHENSIVE PI~%N FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLOR!DA, BY AMEND!NO THE WORK STUDY AREA MAP %3 FROM COMMERCIAL TO RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY (0-6.22 UNITS PER GROSS ACRE ) AND FROM RESIDENTIAL LOW-MEDZUM DENSITY (0-4 UNITS 'PER GROSS ACRE) TO COMMERCIAL ON THE FOLLOWING DE- SCRIBED PROPERTY: A PORTION OF SEC- TION 26, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTN, RANGE 25 EAST, AND A PORTION OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTh{, RANGE 25 EAST, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, The Collier County Planning Department, peti- tioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the Land Use Classification of the herein described real property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAXNED by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida: SECTION ONE: A. The Land Use Classification of the herein described property is changed from Commercial to Residential Medium Density (0-6.22 units per gross ~cre) and the Work Study Area Map #3 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended accordingly: All Commercially designated property at the northeast corner of the intersection of Airport Road and Golden Gate Parkway more partiO~larly described as commencing at tho ir~t~s~ction of the northerly right-of-way of~ Gqlden: Gate Parkway and the easterly right~ o~rWay, of Airport Road, North 550 feet, 300 feet, South 450 feet to northerly Gol~d~ Gate Parkway right-of-way, southwestei~ly along said right-of-way 300 feet to POB; A~i~.Commercially designated property at the southeast corner of the intersection of Airport Road and Golden Gate Parkway more particularly described as commencing at the intersection of the southerly Golden Gate Parkway right-of-way and the easterly Airport Road right-of-way, South 750 feet, East 300 feet, North 850 feet to southerly Golden Gate Parkway right-of-way, follow said right-of- way 300 feet to POB. The Land Use Clas~i£ication of ~e her~in described property is changed from Residential Low-Med~um Density (0-4 unit. per gross acre) to Commercial. and the Work Study Area Map #3 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended accordingly: Commence at the northwest corner of the in- tersection of the westerly Airport Road right-of-way and the northerly Golden ~ate Parkway right-of-way, North 1750 feet, West 2000 feet to ~OB, _~outhQast~ly 1350 foo~ along westerly boundary of Commcrcially des- tgnated property to "ST" boundary, West 350 feet, North 1350 feet, East 225 feet to FOB. SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
