WHEREAS, The Collier County Planning Department, peti-
tioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the Land
Use Classification of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
I. The Land Use Classification of the herein described
property is changed from commercial to Residential
Medium Density (0-6.22 units per gross acre) and the
Work Study Area Map #2 as described in ordinance 79-32
is hereby amended accordingly:

Parcel "A" - The Easterly 350' lying West of
the R/W of US 41, of the SE% of Section 21,
Township 48 South, Range 25 East, less the
Northerly 300' and Southerly 811' thereof;
Legal Description Parcel C:
The Northerly 480' and tho Easterly 300'~

SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that
