LOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY.' A PORTIO~OF
SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUI'H, RANGE 26
EAST, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED }{ERE-
IN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Dorsie Whisman petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to change the Land Use Classification of the
herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described
property is changed from Agricultural to Commercial and the
Work Study Area Map #4 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is
hereby amended accordingly:
The S¼ of SW~ of NW~ less W 100' of Section 23,
Township 50 South, Range 26 East AND,
The N3/4 of SW~ of NW~ less W 100' of Section 23,
Township 50 South, Range 26 East.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that
it has been received by the Office of the Secretary of
State.
