WHEREAS, Donald Franke, representing San~a Mogelv~ng,
petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the
Land Use Classification of the herein described real
property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described property
is changed from Residential Medium Density (0-6.22 units per
gross acre) to Commercial and the Work Study Area Map #4 as
described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended accordingly~
The South 283 feet of the West % of the West ~ of
Lot 26 AND the South 283 feet of the West 40 feet
of the West % of the East % of the West % of Lot
26, Naples Grove and Truck Co.'s Little Farms No.
2, according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 1, Page 27, of the Collier County, Florida
Public Records. Excepting therefrom the West 30
feet thereof.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it
has been received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
