SECTION oNE
SECTION ONE of Collier County Ordinance No. 72-1 is hereby
amended by adding the following described lands to. the Collier
County Street Lighting District:
PINEWOODS SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 12,
Pages 59 and 60 of the Official Records of Collier C6unty,
Florida ~ ..
IMPERIAL GOLF ESTATES UNIT 1, as recorded in PI~ Book 12,
Pages 61 thru 64 inclusive of the Official Records of
Collier County, Florida o
SECTION ~WO ~ ?
This Ordinance shall become effective as provide~by law.
SECTION THREE
Collier County Ordinances Nos. 78-75 and 78-76 are hereby
repealed, effective October 1, 1982.
