WHEREAS, Angler's Hotel end Boat Dock petitioned the Board of County
Commissio~ers to change Zoning Classification of the hereinafter des-
cribed real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY ~tE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property is
changed from C-& to TTRVC and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number
53-29-7, es described in Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended accordingly:
Commencing at the ~ corner of Section 31, T53S, R30E;
thence east along the north line of said Section 31, 50
feet to the east right-of-way line of SR 29-A; thence
along said riRht-of-wsy line of SR 29-A, South 125 feet
for a place of beginning: Thence East 176.73 feet; thence
North 50.69 feet; thence 520e 39'30"E 312.58 feet; thence
S75' 39'00"W 209.00 feet; thence S66 49'00"W 116.24 feet
to the said right-of-way line of SR 29-A; thence along
said right-of-way line of SR 29-A, North 373.39 feet to
the place of beginning. Parcel contains 1.65 acres more
or less. Bearings ere based on the center line of SR 29-A
as being North.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
