Ordinance 83-40ORDINANCE NO. 83 - &O RESOLUTION NO. GW 83 - ~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COLLIER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 82-38 AND RESOLUTION NO. GW 82-1; PROVIDING NEW WATER RATES TO BE CHARGED FOR USE OF THE CENTRAL WATER SYSTEM WITHIN THE GOODLAND WATER DISTRICT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS SIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AND RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE GOODLAND WATER DISTRICT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA: SECTION I Ordinance No. 82-38 and Resolution No. GW 82-1 are hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION FIVE: RATES A. The rates for service shall be set forth herein. Said rates are hereby found to be fair and equitable and may be changed by ordinance amending the rate schedule. B.
