AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION TWO OF ORDINANCE NO. 78-67
TO AMEND THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PELICAN BAY LIGHTING
MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING DISTRICT BY ADDING THOSE
CERTAIN RECORDED SUBDIVISIONS KNOWN AS PELICAN BAY
UNIT THREE AND UNIT FIVE! PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA~
SECTION ONE: Section Two of Ordinance No. 78-67 providing for the
District boundaries of the Pelican Bay Lighting Municipal Service
Taxing Distr~ct shall be amended to add the following land:
"Ail of the lands encompassed in that certain recorded
subdivision known as Pelican Bay UNIT THREE, as recorded in
Plat Book 13, Page 35, of the Public Records of Collier
County, Florida."
and
"Ail of the lands encompassed in that certain recorded
subdivision known as Pelican Bay UNIT FIVE, as recorded in
Plat Book 13, Pages 68-80, inclusive, of the Public Records
of Collier County, Florida."
SECTION TWO: Effective Date
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been filed
with the Secretary of State.
