AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 79-32, THE COMPRE-
HENSIVE PLAN FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING
THE WORK STUDY AREA MAP ~2 FROM AGRICULTURAL TO
RESIDENTIAL LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY (0-4 UNITS PER GROSS ACRE) ON
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: APPROX£MATELY 480
ACRES IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 26
EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Mr. George Varnadoe, representing Immokalee Road
Partnership and Gre$ Cabiness, petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to change the Land Use Classification of the herein
described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described property is
changed from ARricultural to Residential Low-Medium Density (0-4 units
per gross acre) and the Work Study Area Map ~2 as described in
Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended accordingly:
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 26
EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH IOO FEET
TItEREOF, BEING A COLLIER COUNTY CANAL RIGHT-OF-WAY, ALSO
EXCEPTING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCELS LOCATED IN SAID
SECTION 21, E~-SWk- NW¼, W½-SF.k-NWk, W½- NE¼- NE¼, W½-SEk-SEk,
wh-wh-swk-SEk, SEk-SW¼, F~-Wh-SWk-SW¼, E%-SWk-SW%.
All of the foregoing subject to any limitations, dedications,
reservations, restrictions or easements of record. Property
contains: &79.91 acres ~.
SECTION TWO=
This Ordinance ehall become effective upon notice that it baa been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
