AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 79-32, THE COMPRE-
HENSIVE PLAN FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING
THE WORK STUDY AREA MAP ~2 FROM AGRICULTURAL TO
INDUSTRIAL ON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
APPROXI[L~TELY 40 ACRES IN SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 48
SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
HEREIN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
VfHEREAS, Wilson, Miller, Barton, Sell & Peek, Inc., representing
Cement Products Corporation petitioned the Board of County Commissioners
to change the Land Use Classification of the herein described real
property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described property is
changed from Agricultural to Industrial and the Work Study Area Map #2 as
described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended accordingly:
The NE ~ of the SE ¼ of Section 23, Township 48 South, Range
26 East, Collier County, Florida; subject to any easements and
road right-of-ways of public record.
