AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 82-2 THE COMPREHEN-
SIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE UNINCORPORATED AREA
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 49-25-1. BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
LOCATED ON THE WEST ~ OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE
NORTHEAST ~ OF THE NORTHEAST k OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP
49 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, FROM A-2 TO RO; AND BY
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
WHEREAS, John R. Whiting, petitioned the Board of County Com~iasion-
ers to change Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described real
property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COL~TY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property is
changed from A-2 to Re and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 49-25-1,
as described in Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended accordingly:
W~ of the NW¼ of the NEk of the NE¼ of Section 2,
Township 49 S., Range 25 E.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
