:,-~AN OKDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 79-32, THE COMPRE-
: HENSIVE PLAN FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING
' THE WORK STUDY AREA MAP ~4 FROM AGRICULTURAL TO
RECREATION OPEN SPACE ON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
PROPERTY: APPROXIMATELY 125 ACRES LOCATED IN SECTION
14, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WNEREAS, Mr. Roger F. Haines representing Swamp Buggy Pays, Inc.,
petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the Land Use
Classification of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Co~missioners
of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the herein described property is
changed from Agricultural to Recreation Open Space and the Work Study
Area Map #4 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended
accordingly:
