ACRE) ON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
APPROXIMATELY 6 ACRES IN SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 46
SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, IMMOKALEE, FLORIDA, MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Collier County Planning Department, petitioned the
Board of County Commissioners ~o change the Land Use Classification of
the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use C]essifieation of the herein described property is
changed from Residential Low-Medium Density (0-4 units per gross acre) to
Residential Medium Density (0-6.22 units per gross acre) and the Work
Study Area Map P6 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended

SECTIOS TWO:
