AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 82-2 TIlE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
REGULATIONS FOR THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING ATf. AS MAP NUMBER
49-25-5 BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE HEREIN
DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED AT ROYAL POINCIANA GOLF CLUB
ENTRANCE FROM RMF-12 TO RO; AND BY PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE

WHEREAS, Royal Poinciana Golf Club, Inc. petitioned the Board
of County Commissioners to change the Zoning Classification of the

NOW TIIEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
