this Ordinance is, for any reason, held invalid or unconstitutional by
any Court of co.patent Jurisdiction, such portion shall be dee~ed a
separate, distinct, end independent provision sad such holding shall not
affect thc validity of ~hs remainder hereof. In the event this
Ordinance conflicts with any other appropriate law, the uors restrictive
shall apply. If any part of this Ordinance conflicts with any other
part, it sh~ll be severed and the ~smaindsr shall have full force and
