If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or porilon of
thin Ordinance is, for any reason, held invalid or unconstitutional by
any Court of conpeteni Jurisdiction, such portion shell be deemed ·
separate, distinct, and independent provision and such holdins shall not
affect the validity of the remainder hereof. In the event this
Ordinance coofltcte with any other appropriate la~, the more restrictive
shall apply. If any part of this Ordinance conflicts vith any other
part, it shall be severed and the remainder shall have full force and
effect and shall be liberally construed to effect the purpoee,~ereof~=)
