The street lighting projrau designated pursuant to Section Three of this
Ordinance shall be provided frou taxes within tho HSTU only, Pursuant to tho

authorized to levy la excess of the rolled-back utllass rate coupucod pursuant
to Section 200.065(1), Fla. S~at.0 provided such lev~ has been approved by

All Resolutions. Ordinances. or other itel,ns taken by Chis Bo&rd in
conflict or inconsistent herewith ere hereby repealed insofar es there is
conflict or inconsistency.
Section Eilht: Effective Dace.
This Ordinance shall take effect upon feline with the Secretar~ of State.
