However, we require the £ollowing stipulations as n condition to our reco~nandetion for approval: 1) Avatar Utilities Inc. must provide · commitment latter agreeing to serve the project with potable water supply and sewage collection and treatment facilities, prior to approval of the construction documents. 2) All construction plane and technical specifications for the proposed Utility Facilities must be reviewed end approved by the.Utility Division prior to commencement of construction.
