WHEREAS, Deltona Corporation petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to change Zoning Classification of the hereinafter des-
cribed real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD Or COUNTY COtI~ISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNT~, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property
attached hereto as "Exhibit A" is changed from RSF-3ST to RSF-3 and the
Official Zoning Atlas Hap Number MI-6 and HI-9, as described in Ordinance
82-2 is hereby amended accordingly.
SECTION T~O:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A meander traverse line that delineates the seaward limit of
upland development in MARCO BEACH UNIT THIRTEEN, MARCO BEACH
UNIT NINE, and MARCO BEACH UNIT FIVE, according to the plats
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 92 through 99, in-
clusive, Plat Book 6, Pages 69 through 73, inclusive, and Plat
Book 6, Pages 39 through 46, inclusive, respectively of the
Public Records of Collier County, Florida, being more particu-
larly described as follows~
Commence at the Southwest corner of Lot 21 of Block 403 of said
Marco Beach Unit Thirteen, said corner being on the Easterly
Right-of-Way Line of Caxambas Drive, thence N01e52'49"W along
