~evelop the Groan Tree center Development in accord
~ith the approved 'plans and s~anderds which ara
incorporated in and attached to this Planned Unit
Development document and in accord with applicable
Governmental Regulations.
SECTION TWO:
Section IV, Development Commitment, Paragraph 4.6A(I), ia hereby
amended to read aa follows:
(I) The p~opo~ed PUD Master Plan Exhibit "A" marked: "Green
Tree Center for Cosmercisl Center Development Corporation
(schematic desi~n)~" iljustrates the tentative developmentt
usea~ and locations of certain facilities to be constructed
on the Commercial Tract "A"~ under Phase I.
SECTION THREE:
