ZONING ATLA~$ MAP NUI~ER 49-27 BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF THE I~ERKIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE SOUTH 2SO' OF TRACT l, GOLDTR CATE ESTATES
UNIT /lA, FROH "E" TO C-2; AND BY PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE:
WI~EREAS, Jeff Manz petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to
change Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described reel property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED ~Y THE BOARD OF COUNTY COHHISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property is
changed from "E" to "C-2" and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 49-27,
as described in Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended accordingly:
South 280' of Tract 1, Colden Gste Estates,
Unit 14, according to Plat Book 7, Pages 73
and 76, Public Records of Collier County.
SECTION TVO:
This Ordinsnce shall become effective upon notice that i~ has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
