Comissionera to chenle the Zoning Classification of the hereinafter
described real propertyl
NOW, ~IEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMHISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property is
changed from C-3 to RMF-12 and the Official Zoning Atlas Hap Number
46-29-9, as described in Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended accordingly:
Tract A, Trafford Pine Estates, Section one, Less the
SW cornet 150' x 150' ss recorded in Plat Book I0,
at pages 99-100, of the public records of Collier
County.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
