AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 82-2 THE COMPRE[IEN-
SlVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE UNINCORPORATED AREA
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING ATLAS MAP l~]~ER 48-25-2 BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY LOCATED ON US-41, EAST OF THE RETREAT,
APPROXIMATELY 9.64 ACRES, FROM A-2 TO C-k; AND BY
PROVIDING FOR AN EFI~CTIVE DATE:
WHEREAS, Bill Vines, Agent, petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to change Zoning Classification of the hereinafter
described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMHISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property is
changed from A-2 to C-6 and the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 48-25-2,
as described in Ordinance 82-2 is hereby amended accordingly:
That part of the N% of the SEk of the SEk
of Section 9, Township 48 S., Range 25 E.,
lying East of US-il.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it bas been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
