SECTION ONE:
Section 8.31 of the Zoning Ordinance of Collter County. Ordinance 82-2
hereby amended to read ss follows%

within 300 fee: of a designated pollin~ site
must be removed prior to 7:00 A.H. on the da~
of any election for which the candidate or
issue mentioned or rcfarenced to on said

SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it has been
received by the Office of the Secretary of State.
